I wish I had taken this program five years ago when I was a first year school leader. It might have been the single greatest act I could have done to increase my effectiveness as a leader.
— Amy D'Angelo, Regional Superintendent, Achievement First

Inspiring Educators (IE) provides world-class leadership development training that integrates experiential, cognitive, and emotional strategies to enable transformational behavioral change. Our workshops dramatically increase the ability of leaders to engage stakeholders in the community in the mission of their school or organization, while also fostering a thriving, positive culture in their school, organization and/or community.

Our standard programming (listed below) is appropriate for education agencies (schools, districts, networks), leadership pipeline programs, and nonprofit organizations. In each program, our facilitators work with participants through a different lens, selected based on each partner’s individual context and need.

In addition to the programs listed below, IE offers fully customized programming. Custom training is designed around the specific goals of the client, led by one of our expert content designers. Our designer will transform your overarching goal(s) into a dynamic and impactful training experience centered around clear learning objectives.

All programs are designed to provide ample time for individual coaching and transformational growth.
