Joanne Grams
Joanne Grams has been the IE family since the very beginning, when she collaborated with Belle to get the organization up and running. Joanne developed the operational processes and systems that enable IE to deliver professional training and coaching to clients across the US, both virtually and in person. Joanne continues to support special projects pertaining to IE’s programmatic needs as a part-time consultant.
Joanne has extensive history in Process Management and Project Coordination in several fields, including shipping, oil and gas, engineering, real estate and construction, and water treatment. In this work, Joanne has coordinated vessels exporting from NYC and coordinated imported items from overseas, handled distribution of oil and gas revenue, managed site selectors, real estate attorneys, engineers, purchasing, vendors, shipping, onsite personal as well as support staff.
Joanne possesses strong computer and technical skills, including work in Oracle migration creating project related databases, internet researching, designing and implementing client relationship databases. She has a vast knowledge of programs that are used in all facets of business as well the inner workings of business cloud management and a remote working environment. An outgoing personality and attention to detail as well as being a great supporter of IE, Joanne is well suited for the ‘high-touch’ position of Manager of Programming as well as Project Manager, exemplifying our commitment to strong partnerships with our clients.
