Hava designs and facilitates programs in the areas of storytelling, presence, conflict management, and authentic relationships for leaders and teams around the globe. She can be found behind the scenes at MIT, Cornell Tech, Techstars, Boston Children’s Hospital, and CFA corp. Hava is a dynamic facilitator whose zone of magic lies at the intersection of education, the performing arts, and transformational coaching.

Prior to joining Inspiring Educators, Hava spent years as a product leader in the tech industry before founding and exiting her own company in the plant-based nutrition space. Armed with decades of experience in acting and performance, Hava recognized how these theatre-based skills uniquely empowered her to craft her brand story and pitch her vision. For the last several years, Hava has applied these insights as a coach for non-profit leaders, start-up founders, executives, and ambitious employees, cultivating their authentic leadership style from the inside-out.

Hava is also an actress, professional singer, and a founding member of a multi-disciplinary performance art collective based in Somerville, MA. Hava has beed in featured roles in New England regional stage productions and short films since the age of 5 and was raised in a house of performers. She graduated from NYU with a self-designed major in Liberation Technologies and has over 450+ hours of yoga, mindfulness, and shamanic training – resources she draws from in her coaching and facilitation practice.
