Andrew McMasters is an actor, director, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in the arts. Prior to joining Ariel, he spent 25 years running a non-profit theater company that he founded, and worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies to provide presentation support, messaging, and team-building and communication training. Andrew is dedicated to experiential learning, providing opportunities for self-discovery, and driving innovation in our everyday lives.
Andrew comes from a family of educators; his mother was a pre-first teacher, his father was a Principal of a Junior High School, and he has two nieces who are in early education. As an actor and facilitator, it took Andrew a while to realize he was a teacher as well, which makes working with IE feel natural.
