Tobin Kelly has served as the President and COO of The Ariel Group. He has spent his career working in and around the world of education and training. Tobin joined The Ariel Group in 2007 and in 2013 he added the role of President, responsible for executing on the company’s strategic vision.
Prior to joining The Ariel Group, Tobin spent six years in a leadership position at Bright Horizons Family Solutions, first as the Managing Director of the company’s European Division and then leading the merger and acquisition efforts in that region. Tobin’s other roles have included establishing a training start-up at Linkage Inc. in the late 90s, and spending two years as a middle school teacher earlier in his career.
In addition to his 20 years spent in the business world, Tobin is the owner of Forest Lake Summer Camp, a traditional overnight summer camp for boys and girls located in the Adirondacks.
Tobin has an Economics degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College. Tobin lives with his wife and two children in Needham, MA.
