Suzanne Wilkins is a coach and organizational consultant with over twenty years of experience developing leaders in financial services, health care, retail, higher education and the non-profit sector. Using a combination of traditional coaching approaches and theater based techniques, Wilkins coaches leaders to enhance their own performance and to create inclusive environments in which organizational goals can be achieved. Her clients reach powerful insights and create sound strategies for enhancing their own clarity, resilience and effectiveness. As Principal of Frazier Wilkins Associates, Wilkins helps organizations to develop and fully leverage the talents of their valued employees. Wilkins also coaches participants in the Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development and Women’s Leadership Forum. 

In her former role as Director of Program Services at The Partnership, a Boston-based firm specializing in talent management Ms. Wilkins led the organization’s flagship leadership development programs and guided the firm through a six-month transition period as Interim President and CEO. Suzanne’s leadership development work has taken her around the United States as well as to Europe and Asia to work with leaders of national and multi-national corporations.

She earned her BA degree from Princeton University and her MA from Lesley University.  Suzanne has served on the boards of the Massachusetts Alliance on Teen Pregnancy and the ICA (Institute of Contemporary Art) council. Wilkins serves on boards of directors of MassHumanities, to which she was appointed in 2008 by Governor Deval Patrick and the Boston Center for the Arts. She is also a playwright and actress performing her semi-autobiographical one-woman show for a variety of audiences.
