Ronald W. Crawley, Jr. is a legal and compliance professional and currently is Vice President, Foreign Exchange Compliance Officer with First Republic Bank. Ron previously was Vice President and Counsel of State Street Bank and Trust Company where he served as in-house counsel to State Street’s global markets division. Ron began his legal career as a corporate associate with Choate, Hall & Stewart in Boston where he practiced corporate law for 5 years. Prior to law school, Ron practiced as a CPA in the Philadelphia, PA area and began his professional career as an audit associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
In addition to serving as a board member of Inspiring Educators, Ron is a member of the board of directors of the Roxbury Community College Foundation and a member of the board of overseers of the New England Aquarium. Additionally, Ron has been active in other organizations around Boston, including serving as a mentor with Citizen Schools and The Boston Lawyers Group.
Ron graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
